Service Description

Amaze your friends at parties with your new allergy friendly baking skills! In this class you will learn: -About all the different types of gluten free flours and what they do in your baked goods -How to make a custom "cup-for-cup" gluten free flour blend -Different pastry techniques such as the muffin method, the biscuit method, and the creaming method that are used to make cakes, cookies, scones, pie crusts, quick breads and more -We will make 2 recipes of your choice, chosen before class. During our session you will also learn how to choose local, organic and sustainable foods that fit your lifestyle and budget. Cost of in-person lesson includes cost of ingredients.
