Trying to switch to a plant based diet? This class introduces you to a sustainable, plant based way of cooking and eating for your everyday meals. In this class you will learn: -How to meet daily nutritional needs and protein intake through food combining -How to make healthier homemade versions of common processed vegan foods -How to make a plant based macaroni and cheeze, nut and seed burgers, and high protein chocolate chip cookie dough bites Menu can always be changed depending on what your dietary needs and preferences are, just ask! During our session you will also learn how to choose local, organic and sustainable foods that fit your lifestyle and budget, and well as how to meal prep in order to help you eat healthy while saving time and money during your busy work week.
